I created StudBud as a focused study dashboard for people with ADHD. The idea was to reduce friction, cut down app-switching, and bring the most useful study tools into one calm, structured space. Instead of bouncing between timers, task lists, music, and quick reference tools, StudBud keeps everything in one interface to support focus and flow.
The Pomodoro timer helps break work into more manageable focus sessions with adjustable work and break lengths. It is designed to create structure without feeling too rigid, making it easier to start, stay on track, and build momentum.
The stopwatch offers a more flexible timing option for users who do not want a fixed Pomodoro cycle. It supports open-ended timing for study sessions, tasks, or personal workflow routines.
The Covey Quadrants help turn a task list into a clearer prioritisation tool by organising tasks through urgency and importance. This is especially useful when everything feels equally urgent and it becomes harder to decide what actually needs attention first.
The dictionary is built in as a lightweight reference tool so users can quickly look up definitions without breaking their study flow or leaving the dashboard.
The music player adds an ambient focus layer through calming Studio Ghibli jazz and bossa-style music. It is there to support concentration and create a gentler study environment without becoming another source of distraction.
